PSYCHO!!

NO..... I'm not talking about the movie.... I'm talking about MYSELF! Really!!! I have realized that I am pretty darn right psycho. You want to know why? I'll tell ya.... I'm so weird that some times I will look at planes and if they ever look "suspicious" or anything, I'll remember the time I see them and their exact location in the sky so that in case they crash, I could tell authorities the plane's position and time hoping it will help them! I do the same thing with cars... I will memorize the make and model, and their license plate #. That craziness actually helped me nab some burglars who broke into a car at Corona del Sol!! ALSO, if I'm on the freeway, I sometimes think to myself, "What if I just turned right now, in the middle of the freeway." And then I get so freaked out that I might actually do it that I have to hold on real tight with my hands in the 10 & 2 positions. The same things happen when I'm in high places, and I think "What if I just had the urge to jump right now?" And after that, I'm so afraid of myself that I might actually do it that I have to hold on to rails real tight or just have to get away. Is this SOOO weird or what? I know I'm not the only one out there. Lorin does the same thing on the freeway and with the planes. I hate confessing all this craziness but I know there are other PSYCHO people out there. My sis (or maybe it was my cousin) once told me that when they drive they have to tap the steering while whenever there is a light post. That's crazy! I know I'm pregnant and more "psycho"/moody, whatever, but I want to hear about other people's CRAZINESS. Or do you just think I'm PSYCHO?

I hope you're not psycho because that would mean I'm psycho too (and for some reason that word is hard for me to type). I do ALL of the stuff you just said. I've never really thought about how weird it is, but you're right, it's not normal I guess. So we can be psycho together! And I'm not even pregnant.

LOL You are too funny! Be assured that you are no more psycho than the rest of us. Preggers or not!

I think there is a name for that! No seriously, people who will put their hand on a hot stove, just because of the impulse! It's a disease, I think. Ha ha. No, you're not crazy. We all have thoughts like that now and then. My confession is that I always think planes are going to crash into my house when I hear them overhead. I try to think of the safest place to get if that were to happen. So, there you go!

Your not alone. If I'm using the bathroom at someone's house I have a compulsive need to check behind the shower curtain JUST IN CASE there's someone hiding in there. And I totally hear you on the freeway thing!

I do the same thing with license plate #'s - we'd make great undercover cops. However, the thing about driving into traffic on the freeway is a little nutters - maybe I should drive us to our next lunch bunch?!?!?!! Get this -have I every told you I count stairs? I have the number of stairs on every staircase I've ever climbed Memorized!!! 13 in my old home growing up, 15 in my mom's house now, 26 at the school I taught at, 101 by the Smithfield house at BYU, 17 in my house now and 15 in your house.
Lo
(ps - I'm joking about the stairs on your house - maybe another Merkley Video Rent and I'll have them memorized)

You are so funny! We all have little crazy things about us. I am afraid to leave the house sometimes because I think I will get in a accident. And I hate to be away from my kids, because I constantly worry that If I am not there something bad will happen. CRAZY CRAZY, I Know. I hope you are feeling ok. If you need anything let me know. We need to VT, but don't want to bug you while you are feeling sick. Let me know what works for you this month.

I do the same thing...I will notice kids that I think are with suspicious adults and make a note of the person and their car or whatever just in case that kid was kidnapped. Anyway, I'm weird!
